We don't really try to market our beta software. it's still in beta, and has not yet been officially released. I must admit I'm not impressed with how VMWare are handling the Fusion project. We're searching for better ways to do this, but please keep in mind this wouldn't be a problem if the hardware enabled VT (or even offered a way for you to enable VT), and I don't think it's acccurate to generalize from this problem to "Fusion doesn't work out of the box".
